While waiting for my 200-800 arrive I did find a suitable waterproof case, so I will be able to safely transport the gear via kayak or boat.  This a Nanuk 925, a case that is one of the smaller cases I could find to fit.  Now to find a bag to transpo...
I have the card with the serial number that came with the lens, but I want to verify what is on the lens, but I can't find it.  It's not in any of the places that the support page shows.
Saturday I got to walk around Southport, NC for a little while.  I took the first picture from the Saltmarsh Boardwalk, R6 Mark II with the 24-105 STM lens at 42mm, f 7.1, 1.200, ISO 100.  I continued my walk about and saw 20 Ruddy turnstones and 30 ...

The sky's best colors are usually during twilight hours, they were pretty nice on Sunday morning.  R6 Mark II with 24-105 STM lens at 29mm, f8, 1/10, ISO 125. Morning Colors
