I've done all the cleanings, and put new ink cartridges in, but these lines keep happening. Is there a way to remove the cartridge holder to clean, or is it something else? TIA
Well, I pretty much fixed it. Took the cartridges out, cleaned the bottoms, then using some absorbent paper and Q-tips cleaned the cartridge carrier as much as I could, including underneath. Virtually eliminated the horizontal lines, and curly marks ...
I completely understand, but think that there may be a simple solution to this, so was hoping someone else may have encountered this issue and found the cure.
