PowerShot G10 ISO won't go below 200

ISO dial works correctly at 1600, 800, 400, and 200, but if i turn the dial to 100 its stuck at 200, and if I turn it to 80 it switches to 400 ISO.Example: https://streamable.com/dlbknl
