PIXMA TS3522 Printer settings, print error 4103

When I change the paper type to glossy it defaults to 4 x 6 paper and gives me print error 4103 when I change it to 8.5 x 11. Why is this?

So while the option is there you get an error code when you actually try to print with the media type as glossy and paper size 8.5 x 11. Mine wont print at all unless its 4 x 6.
