PIXMA MG3650s not connecting to laptop via Wi-Fi

I have just purchased a Pixma 3650s and I am unable to complete the setup. My laptop does not find the printer. I have turned the printer off and on, I have held the wifi button. I have unplugged and started again. But nothing.
