I have a MX 926 printer which has been working great until recently when it has come up with error code 6000. I think this error code indicates a paper jam but I have pulled the printer apart and can't find any bits of paper caught in the machine and...

I currently have a number of ink cassettes for a MG 6360 printer (PGI650XL and C-651 cassettes). can these be used on a TS 6360 printer without causing any problems.
