Thank you!I will have to dig into the settings. When you set the Greeting Card option the duplex printing disappears and you have to reinsert the card stock in the rear tray after the first pass.

My mistake! It is a TR7005a in the TR7000 series.

Hello,Thank you for contacting me. Interesting reply.I purchased this on Amazon in the USA. Regardless, this model is the same as an TR7020 and falls in the TR7000 series.Is it possible to perform a double sided printing task on the TR7020?Thanks!
