How do I fix this? It's set up correctly and I'm using the recommended driver download for my system. Every time windows does an update now; I encounter this issue.
When you print the menu will pop up and ask where you want to print it to. instead of printer select pdf or xps. I save on ink and paper by doing this all the time.
