My MX492 can print but not scan anymore. I used to be able to do it, and have also installed IJ Scan Utility, but for some reason, it still does not work. I need your help.

Hello Danny,I use macOS Sonoma 14.0 and print wirelessly. Oh, and when I open Image Capture, I do not see any device. Even though I downloaded and installed IJ Scan Utility, it still says it is not installed.Thank you!
