I recently bought an mg3629 printer. I installed the wireless setup on my laptop. Then I had to buy a new laptop. Now every time I try to install it the printer connection is lost mid installation, and thus fails.
I have a dual 2.4 G and a 5 G network. I was connected to 2.4 G. How would I disable the 5 G network to install. Also, I did not have this problem with my old laptop which was running Windows 11 Home. I was able to install. What seems to be happening...
