I'm looking to see if there is any benefit to mountiig an "Extender EF 1.4x III" to a "canon eos r lens mount" for my Sigma 14-24mm for Canon EF, with a Canon EOS R body. Any takers?

Is the new (RF-S10-18mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM) lens compatible with an EOS R body? Canon advertises the 10-18mm for the APS-C camera, but gives no additional insight if that discounts the use of a non-APS-C camera. Or as usual, am I reading too much into...

The camera body is Canon EOS R, lenses are all Canon: 16,35,50,85,24-105mm, and Sigma 14-24 art landscape lens. I mentioned "any lens" meaning every lens, I mounted on the camera, I got the same read on the Aperture as f8-11, in all shooting modes ...
