Apparently Dual Pixel CMOS AF is not available for shooting RAW photos with the Canon EOS RP camera. Can anyone within the Canon community confirm this?
You could consider a UV filter. I may be wrong but there appears to be a little haze dominating the bottom photo which would result in a loss of contrast. Canon do a UV Protector Filter.
I just say stay more than 3 metres away from the bear for safety reasons, when it comes to the EVF focal distance scale. I am not expert on wildlife photography, but I just have an inkling that my advice makes sense.
