Have a TS6420 on a Mac and now when opening the scanner I get a blank dialogue box with Image Capture at the top and it that says 'no camera or scanner selected' in the body of the box. It has been working fine until now. Any thoughts?

The printer is stuck in a random scanning loop. It randomly scans when idle and then gives an error message that an unexpected error occurred and is discontinuing process with the OK at the bottom. Click OK and it goes away for about 20 minutes and t...
