I-sensys LPB623cdw - Printing Fading, Fixing assembly "Cannot Clean" message

Hi,Our printing is fading, there is plenty left in the toner, but every time I try to clean fixing assembly, we get a message that says it's unable to complete cleaning.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
