Black Bars on printed paper - PLEASE HELP -PICTURE INCLUDED.

Where even I print, black bars on papers appear on the printed paper making it impossible to read whats printed. I will include a picture Printer details -  Canon Lasershot LBP 2900  PICTURE OF BLACK BARS ON PRINTER -
