Canon Pixma G1020 Black print head cartridge not recognized

Hi, so my printer can’t recognize the print head for black. I’ve tried the solutions on YouTube but did not work. Is my only option buying a new print head? If so what number should I buy? QY6 8026? DOES QY6 8021 or 20 work?
