Mac: Ventura Canon IJ Scan Utility 2 Code:15,230,0 ??

Has anyone got the Canon IJ Scan Utility 2 working on Mac Ventura, i just get the following whenever i try and launch, installed the drivers multuple times as well?Can anyone help?
