imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 Print head not installed

So I turned on the printer after awhile and it now says the printer head is not installed, which it is? What's Up? I tried unplugging and that did not work.

The model is Imageprograf1000Error is 140BUsing Mac with OS 13 and it is connected by USB....
