Canon TM-305 Jamming on cut

Hello everyone,I have a Canon TM-305 that is jamming when trying to cut paper. Does anyone have an idea what may be the cause? We have already replaced the cutting blade and tried a different brand / set of paper. Issue persists.Thank you!
