CR-N300 Firmware update 1.1.1 to 1.2.0

I am trying to update the firmware for two new CR-N300 PTZs and it keeps telling me the firmware is an older version than what is installed. I downloaded 1.2.0 and the PTZ has 1.1.1. I am running on a Mac using Safari.
