How is there no way to clear the error programatically so that the printer will simply run and clear the tiny little spec of paper I can’t get out? This is insane I need to print!!
Ridiculous! Mine is basically new and I’m dealing with this rn it’s insane. There’s a tiny piece of paper shred I can’t get to it just needs to run and it will clear it but it refuses to do anything. I’m gonna have to tear the whole thing apart.
I am trying to get involved in the one in the US right now I just heard about it. I have been fighting them about this for a while I know it's illegal to lock the device up if I refuse to buy some insanely expensive color toner that I will never use....
