You can not turn on wifi or connect with lan, the problem appears again.you must block ibternet-connection in your router. Or wait for solution from Canon
Important is to take out the LAN cable OR when WiFi: block the connection in the router, before doing the hardreset.The printer must NOT have any internetconnection to do the hardreset.
