You're right, I tried it myself. When selecting Windows 8 in the pull down menu it says there is no firmware available. If select another version of Windows, e.g.. XP, the firmware is suddenly available for download. J.

What I like to see is a new "affordable" 400mm prime. F4 (maybe F5.6) with IS. Priced arround $2500 to $3000.
