I keep receiving Support Code 1660 after replacing my ink cartridges. This didn't happen until the firmware was updated to 1.13. Upgrading further to 1.14 had no effect either. Please advise.
Hi Patrick,I am also receiving the 1660 error code but my ink tanks are full and brand new. Please advise.I noticed this began once I updated firmware. Is there a way to downgrade to a previous firmware version?TIA
