Will the G7020 ultimately have a problem with the Ink Absorber Pads? If so is there a replacement kit that can be purchased either from Canon or another reputable source?

Is there a need for a Maintenance Box for the Pixma G7020? What happens when the reservoir for the ink gets full on the G7020? Is this something I need to be concerned about?
