Aarondwood, Yes, this is similar to why I will never buy an HP product again. With upgrading to Windows 7 on an HP desktop I had to buy all new peripherals to replace the HP ones, because they did not offer software support. Bob
Mike, No error message. The Utility window opens with only the Monitor Folder lit, the others are dim. When I opened it previously, I would have to power hte camera off and on for the Utility to light all four options and for the downloads to start. ...
My EOS Utility was working fine for a few years, 5D Mk2 on Windows 7 64-bit. I'd usually have to power the camera on and off to get the Utility to start downloading. But it stopped working. I just downloaded the newest update, nothing. Any advice?
