When I login to the Web Interface for two of our iR-ADV C5550's, and go to the either the Status Monitor/Cancel or the Settings/Registration options, or any of the options under Basic Tools, I get a message "Restricted from displaying this page." How...

I cannot find a place to adjust the scanning skew, all scans and copies are coming off about 5 degrees off.  I've tried both the document feeder, and the flatbed scanner.  Any suggestions?
