ImageClass MF733Cdw Roller Replacement

In the rear of the unit (MF733Cdw) there is a roller that feeds the completed document into the output area. The rybberized coating has completely disintegrated! Can I replace this part?

My problems is similar except the error code is slightly different: E003-0001. What does that mean? Powering off and on does not correct this!

My printer is out of warranty now and it is giving me this error code intermittently. I cannot find the error documented anywhere. What does it mean?
