While set to the correct setting, i.e. B&W, printer just goes ahead and prints color. While set for rear tray copying, won't do it.

As I'm new, maybe there's something I missed. I don't see any of the posts I made yesterday under the Printer forum. Where are these?

Had this printer Pixma TS 5320 less than a week. Went to print an envelope and it came out with very faint text. Thanks.
