I'm new with the T4i... I use one of two methods.1. Let camera auto focus and then switch to manual to prevent seeking.2. Manual focus...

From page 66 of the T4i manual: Use SELF-TIMER: CONTINUOUS use the UP/DOWN arrows to set from 2 to 10 shots AFTER the self-timer times out.
