Re: Pixma MG6620 "on" light and error light is lit, but doesn't respond in any other way

Hello, Was this issue ever resolved? I have the same problem. No matter what I do the error light comes on as soon as power is restored. The display does not light up. I am able to press the power button but nothing happens.
