Patrick,Thank you for taking this on and getting a fix. When I tried the Remote UI this time, it successfully downloaded and installed firmware 2.0. I really appreciate your getting a solution!
As a follow-up, the printer has been registered since 2015. Further, I've been to the pages you listed and there is nothing. Either the printers UI webpage is in error or your assertion is. Please note also that I'm not the only one with the issue.
