My pixma ip 6600d will not print red. Can I recycle the printer or throw it out

I used chat and was sent to an expert who wanted refundable $5. Worthless. Maybe I'll call

This seems to be a common problem and when I cont sz cted their expert, no help at all.

They charge $5 refundable. Did not help me. Getting ready to recycle the printer

Pixma ip6600d. Similar problem. Ready to junk or recycle printer. It is mayb 5 years old

Similar problem. It wont print anything red. Brand new canon magenta cartridge installed
