Unplugged it, cleaned the rollers- that didn't work. Unplugged, now getting no power. Lightly used printer

This printer not used that much. I cleaned the rollers with Q Tips and water, as advised. No ink came out on the Q Tips. I unplugged it for awhile today. Now there is no power. I unplugged it again and waited 30 minutes before repluggin and st...
