Can I use a Canon MG6120m, connected to Apple Airport Extreme router, wirelessly with a PC laptop?

the above arrangement works fine with Apple iMac and Macbook pro but cannot get the Windows laptop to "find" the printerwhen setting up wirelessly. Will the PC laptop (Lenovo T430) not work because the main computer is a MAc?
