My GX4020 firmware version is 2.030. Attempts to install firmware version 3.010 ends with a "Failure to update" message. I have encountered no other problems with this printer. What do I need to do to install the firmware update?
How do I scan 35mm slides using my Pixma MX882 multi-function printer? I've tried scanning using Irfanview and Adobe Acrobat without success. I have the template for the slides.
