I would like to copy a legal-size (A4) document reduced to letter-size. I can't figure out how to do it - no instructions in the manual.

My OS is Windows 10 I have hard copies of legal sized documents. I would either like to directly copy them to letter sized paper or if necessary scan and copy to PDF and then print to letter size paper. Trying to do this the easiest way. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
