Only when I print pictures do I get lines I have done all the cleaning what else is there I can try or should I just clean run the maintenance cleaning again
When the paper is being pulled in it pulls to the right and jammed when it feeds at all. I have cleaned it numerous times, the roller with moist q-tip also with alcohol on a q-tip
