Cannot scan using printer buttons. Works fine to copy and print. When trying to scan on printer, get message"set Printer to start Scanning" I can scan from the computer by going into the scan utility. This is a new computer.
Get message "set PC to start scanning. I can copy, I can actually scan If I go into utility scanner, but I can't just put something on the printer to scan. then I get the message, set PC to start scanning.how do I do that
