Canon Pixma mx472 Not powering on

My canon pixma mx472 printer was stuck up for more than 1 year i guess and now i tried to plug it on a socket but no power. is there any chance i can recover my printer and make it workin again?

I guess i will end up junking this thing and buy a new one since the nearest service center here in my area does not have parts of my canon printer.

Im not sure what country this canon belongs to because my mom bought this in kuwait to his american flat mate.
