Hi,I'm trying to gain access to the timing strip as I think it needs cleaning but there is a plastic cover in the way, can someone tell me how to remove it?Thanks

Hi,My IP7250 has suddenly started reporting a print head error, is there anything I can do to fix it or do I need to replace the print head?Thanks
