When I tried to update firmware. It displays "Your firmware is the latest version. Update is not required."I cannot perform updating it. it makes me really annoyed...
I'm using MG7520. And my symptom is exactly same with you. But even if I use your solution, my case does not resolve.My Printer firmware version is currently 2.030 and still shows it needs to be updated new version.
