Mac user needs to set the Canon PIXMA MG5320 to print only in B/W

I would like to be able to toggle between color and b/w printing on my Canon PIXMA MG5320, but I cannot find the settings that control color printing. I'm using a Mac running OSX10.6.8 Thanks in advance for your help!
