Where to download EOS Utility for Rebel T5

The download page for Rebel T5 has only EOS Utility update, not the original EOS Utililty installation package. Could anyone tell me where to find the Utility installation package?

Thank you, John. I have just followed your tip. It works. I downloaded and installed the solution for Windows 8.1 64-bit, then ran the updator.
