I've downloaded the installation software for my new CanoScan 9000F MarkII scanner. After I select "Yes" on the License Agreement step (Step 1), the setup freezes on this screen and doens't continue.
I solved my problem. Rather than using the downloaded driver link provided by the CD ROM that came with the scanner, I downloaded the drivers from the Canon product site: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/scanners/fi...
