I did the same, fresh install of Windows 10, and installed One touch immediately.This time it worked for me.Imade several restore points, and check which apps install the same redistributable library, to see which one is breaking it.
The only thing I can try is to make a fresh install of Win10, and see when it breaks. I guess it some compatibility issue with another software. Although everything else is working properly.
