Thank You Eric! I did not do the trick for me, at least with the number of deep clean I felt ok to waste ink on. BUT, dipping the ink heads in a few mm of window cleaner and push some from the top did! Very quick fix! Let me know if anyone needs more...
I have tried taking it out and putting it in again but my black is still missing. Done multiple clean but still BK is not working. To clarify, I am printing out test prints and BK is missing and it is on a Pro-100. Any suggestions? No more warranty...
