Was VERY easy to get through to Canon. He walked me through it effortlessly. I love when you do the "test" after they walk you through the steps to correct the issue and IT WORKS! Thank you Canon!

I ended up calling Canon directly and they walked me through the process quickly and easily

Hello, I have followed all of the steps and still can not scan to email. There is no error code on the error report. It used to work fine! Help....!?
