Same. My MG 7120 out of nowhere just threw a error 1403 at me. Its never had a problem before, never manhandled in fact never moved. Its 3 years old and babied. Its like a built in self destruct button was hit forcing me to buy a new printer.
Just received error 1403 for the first time on my MG7120. It appears to be related to your post. Has there been any progress on fixing this Canon related issue?
