Desktop shortcut for Canoscan scanner

I just installed the drivers for my Canoscan 9000f mark 2 on my second computer. I don't know how to create a desktop shortcut to access it without having to go in the Start menu

Thank you. It does not place the icon on the desktop but it does make it accessible without having to open the Start menu
